An English harvest with Hundred Hills
Join us for an evening discussing the success and challenges of this year's harvest. All while tasting the flavours of the Chiltern Hills. With wine director Louis from Hundred Hills settling into the snug for an evening of conversation and free pouring.

Wreath Making Workshop
Gather for a festive afternoon of wreath-making, seasonal foliage and sweet treats at the Francis Hotel.
We’re welcoming Sula, founder of Somerset-based floral studio and flower farm Nice Bunch, to share her love of British-grown flowers and guide you in creating your very own Christmas wreath.

£80 per person. Including the wreath-making workshop, a coffee and seasonal petits fours, followed by a seasonal cocktail.

Festive floral baubles making
Swing into the festivities with an afternoon of bauble making, seasonal foliage and sweet treats at the Francis Hotel.
We’re welcoming Sula, founder of Nice Bunch. She will guide you in creating your very own set of Christmas floral baubles. Expect natural materials and a few expert tips for bringing the magic of the countryside to your front door.

Easy Sundays
Sunday can be a pause, a celebration, or the perfect way to welcome the week ahead. That's what Easy Sundays are about.
Every other Sunday, between 7pm and 9pm, join us for an evening meal or drinks and live local jazz.
Led by local musician John Martin and a rotating collective of talented jazz performers. Take a seat beside the crackling hearth, or a table close enough to feel the resonance of the double bass.
