A classic menu
We've taken our approach to our city's Georgian culture, and this particular brand of indulgence. With delicious sandwiches and pastry, from Chef Pâtissier Dominique Bon. The only agenda is enjoying both.
Expect a platter of sandwiches; rare roast beef and homemade horseradish, beetroot jam and roasted red pepper sandwiches. Accompanied by classic warm scones served with strawberry jam and clotted cream.
Then, a moment for selection. Macarons with flavours of the season. Raspberry and white chocolate choux. And a few British classics.

Spa treatment first, afternoon tea after. An afternoon for one or two that restores with a little extra time to relax.
Begin in the spa with your choice of treatment: a Jade facial by GAIA, the Unwind and Glow, an Upper Body Reset, or Mother GAIA for those in their second or third trimester. Then head upstairs to Emberwood, where afternoon tea is waiting. A tiered tower, silver antique teapot brewing locally blended tea and pâtisseries worth the occasion.
