Choose either an innovative, skin-pampering foam experience, where you are cocooned in fragrant, plant-based foam. Or, a traditional mud-based thermal experience for deep nourishment and relaxation. Perfect on its own, or as part of a longer spa visit when paired with one of our treatments.
Each experience lasts 45 minutes and is completely self-guided within your private spa suite to enjoy at your pace.
Arrive
Get changed into your swimwear, wrap up in the fluffy robe and let the team explain the private thermal suite to you. It's completely unique to Bath.
Scrub
Step into your private thermal suite, the first stage is to prepare your skin. Take a seat on the heated bench and gently apply the GAIA salt scrub all over yourself.
Shower
Let the scrub work it's magic. Linger under the hot and cold shower sprays and let the water wash away the salt scrub.
Steam
Head into the warm steam chamber together and relax. Take your pick from velvety soft bubbles or a nourishing Rasual mud.
Relax
Sit, relax and switch off, there's no rush. Finish your experience with nourishing GAIA body cream. And lounge on the heated bench.
To finish
Not ready to leave yet? Wrap up in a bathrobe and head to the relaxation lounge or outside terrace. Sip a herbal tea and relax. Pure bliss.
Cleansing foam and steam experience
Step into your own private spa suite for your self-guided journey designed for two. This ritual transforms your skin softness with playful bubbles.
Begin by applying a polishing salt scrub, then rinse away under the hot and cold experience showers. In the steam cabin, bubbles and steam combine to cleanse the skin. Finish relaxing on the heated bench. Bliss.

Nourishing mud and steam experience
Revitalise your skin with cleansing clays and purifying steam. Step into your own private spa suite. This self-guided experience for two begins with a scrub followed by hot and cold sprays from the experience showers. Next apply the Rasul mud while relaxing in the steam room. You'll finish the experience relaxing on the heated bench.
