First time at the Francis Hotel Spa and it won’t be the last time! From start to finish my treatment with Eleonora was pure bliss and she really sorted my back out and left me feeling great afterwards. Not only do they have a great team, clearly well trained and happy they have a unique take on a steam room. The thermal experience was an add on to our treatment choice and I'm very glad we did. The pre heat body scrub combined with the steam and cascading bubbles relaxed us both so we were a step ahead before our amazing collagen QMS facials. We laughed like children and left feeling relaxed, refreshed and glowing. We are already making plans to return.
