Terms and conditions
Subject to availability. Pre-booking required. Guests must arrive on time for their scheduled treatment; late arrival may result in reduced treatment time. Swimwear must be worn in the thermal suite. This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. This appointment isn’t suitable if you’re pregnant or managing heart conditions, high blood pressure, recent surgery, or any heat-sensitive conditions. If you're unsure, please contact us before booking. We also don't recommend this appointment if you are claustrophobic.
