State-of-the art thermal spa to be developed

Relax and unwind in the all-new state-of-the art thermal spa in the heart of Bath.

One of the most famous places to visit is the Roman Baths, a beautiful part of Bath's legacy.  The waters were thought to restore and cure ailments and were a hotspot for the elite to visit.  Our innovative new thermal spa will cure body, mind and soul whilst bringing to Bath the very latest spa technology and treatments.

Tourists would flock to Bath over the years to “take the waters” and bathe in the city’s natural spa waters.  Today it may not be possible to bathe in the actual Roman Baths but Thermae Bath Spa is still home to the UK’s only existing natural thermae spa experience, making Bath the UK’s number one city for wellbeing.  As part of our transformation, we will be unveiling an exciting new spa facility.

Bath has long been celebrated as a premier destination for wellness and relaxation, aspiring to become the UK’s leading city for wellbeing. Our new spa will further this tradition, offering a rejuvenating sanctuary where guests and the local community can indulge in pampering and soul-soothing experiences.

Combining Bath’s dedication to wellness and innovation, our spa will offer the very latest spa treatments. If you are seeking a respite from every day life or a sanctuary, you will be able to find this in the hotel and unwind in the multi-use thermal room. Cleverly mixing the elements needed for relaxation – invigorating heat and soothing steam, plus a selection of bespoke treatments including rejuvenating massages, facials and detoxifying mud rasuls. The spa will prioritise the wellbeing of mind, body and soul for a truly transformative experience.

To partner with Bath’s ambition to be the UK’s number one city for wellbeing in the UK, a brand new thermal spa with state-of-the art and exclusive facilities along with three treatment rooms will be created. Guests will be able to relax and unwind in the multi-use thermal room followed by a bespoke treatment.
