We are reimagining the hotel. Work zones are kept quiet, and scaffolding is mostly hidden. Our lift may be out of service, so if stairs are a concern, let us know before you arrive.
Absolutely. We have interconnecting rooms, family rooms with sofa beds, and cots on request. There is space for everyone to relax.
Absolutely. We offer a wide range of vouchers, from dining in Emberwood to overnight stays, with spa vouchers coming soon.
Our role is to help you make the most of your precious time with us. Need an extra pillow? We will be right up. Want your luggage taken to your room? No questions, just done. Have a special occasion? We will help you celebrate. Many guests want to thank our team for making memories, so we have added a 5% service charge to your bill.
It is applied only to your room cost. Packages including breakfast, dinner or extras are excluded.
Every penny goes to our team, and it is equally shared from reception to housekeeping to the back-of-house heroes.

As part of our commitment to caring for the environment, we encourage guests to reuse towels when possible. It helps us reduce water and energy use. Simply hang your towels to dry if you’re happy to keep using them. If you’d like fresh towels at any time, just let our front-of-house team know and we’ll happily deliver new ones to your room.
