Our role is to help you make the most of your precious time with us. Need an extra pillow? We will be right up. Want your luggage taken to your room? No questions, just done. Have a special occasion? We will help you celebrate. Many guests want to thank our team for making memories, so we have added a 5% service charge to your bill.

The Francis Spa is a haven of tranquillity tucked beneath the Francis Hotel on Queen Square. We offer three boutique treatment rooms, a private thermal suite, garden lounge for pre-and post-treatment relaxation, and changing rooms with showers and lockers.

Come as you are. For all treatments we ask you to wear your underwear. If you’ve booked a thermal experience, you’ll need to bring your swimwear and we recommend flip flops too. Towels and robes can be provided for your comfort, if required.
