We have ten charming twin rooms that are ideal for friends or siblings. Travelling with a group of eight or more? We can arrange interconnecting rooms, private dining, or evening drinks together. Email reservations@suttonhotelcollection.com and let us make it happen.
Absolutely. Every room comes with a GHD hairdryer, a minibar stocked with complimentary water and soft drinks, plus a kettle, Nespresso machine and cafetière with a choice of teas. GHD straighteners are even available on request from reception.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 10:30 am. Plenty of time for an early start or a lazy morning.
Since not everyone uses them, they are only provided in our John Wood suite by default. If you'd like them in your room, just inform us, and we will bring them up.
We use GAIA skincare products in all our rooms and shared bathrooms. Handmade locally, they smell divine. Want to take some home? Call reception and we will organise your very own GAIA set.
Of course. We want you to make the most of every second in our beautiful city. We are happy to securely look after your luggage so that you can go out and explore some more.
Bath Spa railway station is our closest and it is around a 10-minute stroll through the city’s Georgian streets.
Bristol Airport is the closest, about 20 miles away. By car or taxi it takes around 40 minutes, or you can take the Air Decker bus service which runs directly from the airport to Bath.

Of course. We want children to enjoy Emberwood as much as you do, so we have created a menu of homemade, locally sourced favourites. You relax and they tuck in.
Emberwood is our fire cooked British brasserie, serving seasonal dishes from an open hearth. There is also our bar for cocktails and wines, and a terrace for summer dining.

Yes. Please inform us of any allergies when making your reservation so we can prepare accordingly. Our kitchen team can provide ingredient information and take steps to avoid cross-contact, though we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. When dining in our restaurant, please also inform your server of any allergies so they can take appropriate precautions.
No. Our car park is currently unavailable during our renovation. Many guests choose Charlotte Street car park, which is just a short walk away. Need help with bags? Our porters are happy to assist.
Yes, dogs are part of the family here. You can bring up to two well-trained pups in any of our three-room types. It is £30 per dog, per night, with bowls and blankets on request. Service animals stay free.
