Inside our impressive Georgian building, you will find 98 thoughtfully designed and modern bedrooms waiting to welcome you.
Snug Room
Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple on a romantic retreat, small in size but full of comfort.
Picture a double bed dressed in Egyptian cotton sheets, ready for the best night’s sleep. Local GAIA toiletries, a 55-inch smart TV for a cosy night in, and a coffee machine for a slow morning brew. Each room has its own view and an in-room fridge with thoughtful staples.
Cosy Room
A cosy escape for couples on the move, or a generous hideaway for the solo traveller.
Settle into Egyptian cotton sheets on a double bed, refresh under a rainfall shower with GAIA’s natural, locally made toiletries, and unwind with a cult classic on the smart TV. In the morning, the coffee machine has your first cup covered.
Comfy Room
A little more space to stretch out and settle in. Our Comfy rooms are just the ticket.
Sink into a king-size bed that encourages lie-ins. Freshen up with GAIA’s natural toiletries and a GHD hairdryer at the ready. Then switch on the 55-inch smart TV, or wake slowly with fresh coffee and your favourite station playing on the Roberts radio.
Need a space for everyone? The Comfy family room has all the above, and a double sofa bed perfect for the kids.
Generous Room
Our Generous rooms, with views, space and a king-size welcome.
Look out across Queen Square and on to the honey-stone streets that lead to The Circus and Royal Crescent. After a day exploring, return to a king-size bed and thoughtful touches that make your stay feel special: a GHD hairdryer, GAIA’s natural locally sourced toiletries, and a smart TV ready for the must-see series of the moment. In the morning, ease into the day with coffee from your machine and the familiar sound of a Roberts radio.
Travelling as a family? Our Generous Family room has all of the above, with the addition of a super-comfy single sofa bed for the little one.
John Wood Suite
Without doubt, the best room in the house.
Named after John Wood the Elder himself, the architect who not only designed the building but once lived here too. Made for slow mornings, easy evenings, and everything in between. Super spacious, with a comfy sofa bed and a desk if you need to catch up on emails. Stunning views over Queen Square. An oh-so-comfy emperor bed and lots of thoughtful extras: a GHD hairdryer, organic GAIA toiletries, a coffee machine, and a Roberts radio.
Bring the pooch along
As fellow dog lovers, we understand that your pets are part of the family, and we're delighted to host them alongside you.
Book a stay with us and add on up to two well trained dogs for £30 each, per night. We leave no paw unturned to ensure your pet pooch will be just as comfortable as you are during your stay. Pack a little lighter, as we will supply your four-legged friends feeding bowls, dog beds or treats.
Make time for you
Looking for an energising start to the day or need to unwind at the end of the day? We've partnered with The Space Bath, founded by local Chloe Baio, to offer our guests a choice of 15-minute yoga and mediation sessions to follow in your room. Just ask the team for a yoga mat and blocks to be brought to your room.
